These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the “Datsha Solution” Wallet services provided by Datsha Solution Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), having its registered office at A-16, Plot No. A-7, 3rd Floor, Gali-1, East Vinod Nagar, East Delhi, Delhi – 110091, India. The Wallet is issued and operated in compliance with the guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) for Semi-Closed Prepaid Payment Instruments (PPIs).
These Terms and Conditions, along with any attachments or accompanying supplements, also include the terms and conditions available on the Company’s official website https://datshasolution.in/ governing the use of the PPI (“Datsha Solution Wallet Account”) held by you (“User”, “You”, or “Customer”). By using the Wallet or performing any transaction, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and shall be deemed to have unconditionally accepted the same. You also confirm compliance with all applicable notifications, guidelines, and circulars issued by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) or any other competent statutory or regulatory authority from time to time. The Company shall not be liable for any breach caused due to the user’s non-compliance with applicable laws or regulations. The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. If these Terms and Conditions are not acceptable to you, you must discontinue use of the Wallet.
These Terms and Conditions constitute an electronic record in the form of an electronic contract under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the rules made thereunder, as amended from time to time. This document does not require any physical, electronic, or digital signature. It is published in compliance with Section 21 of the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007, and the policy guidelines on the issuance and operation of Prepaid Payment Instruments in India.
These Terms and Conditions shall become effective upon your acceptance (in electronic form or otherwise) and shall govern the relationship between you and the Company for the use of the Wallet. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any other document or electronic record, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail unless modified or updated by the Company from time to time.
